The 2014 Cajun Hot Sauce Festival is set for April 11, 12, and 13 in New Iberia. A fun-filled weekend for the entire family. There will be a cook-off, queen's pageant, hot sauce contest, and a great musical line-up.
The categories for the hot sauce contest are: best green sauce, best hot sauce, best habanero, best specialty, best red sauce, and people's choice.
