The 2nd Annual Spring Bridal Expo will be Saturday, April 5, 2014, from 12p.m. to 5p.m. at the Opelousas Civic Center. Tons of door prizes will be given away and one bride will win a honeymoon getaway courtesy of Evangeline Downs Hotel. The first 100 brides receive complimentary bridal bags. There will also be fashion shows and samples. The event hosted by the Family Strong Foundation is a fundraiser and 100% of the proceeds support the nonprofit social service organization.
