The annual On Tap 5K Roux Run held during the World Championship Gumbo Cook-Off weekend.
There will be a "breakfast of champions" and drink specials at the finish line.
Sign-up/registration begins at 7 a.m. with the race starting at 8 a.m. Register at IberiaOnTap.com. Registration includes official race shirt, while supplies last.
