The 7th Annual Dance to Cure Cancer, a Relay for Life fundraiser, will be held, Sunday March 16, 2014 at Whiskey River Landing. The Dance to Cure Cancer is an American Cancer Society's Relay for Life Team who love Zydeco music and dancing. The best of the best Zydeco bands will be there to donate their talent to this great cause! The Dance to Cure Cancer this year will feature five (5) of the top Zydeco bands from the area. The list of musicians includes: Geno Delafose and French Rockin’ Boogie, Jeffrey Broussard and the Creole Cowboys, Wayne & Same Ol’ Two Step, Terry and the Zydeco Bad Boys along with Rusty Metoyer and Zydeco Crush. There will be food and T-shirts for sale along with a silent and live auction. Tickets are $15.00 and will be available at the door. Doors open at 11:00 AM. Music is from 12 (noon) until 9:00 PM
