Courtesy Breaux Bridge is hosting a Car Show for the Cure on Saturday, April 22, 2017. The registration will begin at 10 a.m. and judging will take place at 2 p.m. Guests are invited to browse the car show for free while enjoying food, fun, and prizes.
Test drives will be available on the day of the event with Ford Motor Company’s “Drive 4 UR Community” charity program. For every valid test drive taken in a Ford vehicle on the day of the Car Show for the Cure, Ford Motor Company will donate $20 to Susan G. Komen’s Cat Caillier Team, with up to $6,000 total.
Those interested can enter a variety of vehicles into the car show including: Jeeps, Classics, Mustangs, Big Trucks, or Muscle Cars. The awards include: Top 25, Best of Show, Best Engine, Best Paint, Best Interior, and Most Original. The registration fee for each car entered into the contest will be $25. There will be a fire truck simulator for kids, prizes to win for all guests, plus food and fun for everyone. At 3 p.m. when the Car Show for the Cure is over, guests are invited to cruise over to Pont Breaux’s for more fun, music, and food.
