Faith House’s King Cake 5K

Work up an appetite for King Cake and family fun at the 7th annual King Cake 5K. Dress in your most festive Mardi Gras gear and join Faith House in Youngsville on Saturday, February 18th for a 5K around Sugar Mill Pond. After you cross that finish line, reward yourself with some of the finest King Cake in Acadiana!

The King Cake 5K is a family friendly event. Bring the kids for the Kiddie Court and dance along as the DJ plays your favorite Mardi Gras tunes. Those cheering on the runners can also get their fill of king cake, for a small donation. The King Cake is all you can so there will be pletny!

Participants can regsiter online until February 16th for $35 and in person on race day for $40. To register online, go to www.faithhouseacadiana.com. Registration includes a great King Cake 5K raglan shirt with purple sleeves and all-you-can-eat King Cake from the best bakeries in acadiana. Family and friends of the runners can enjoy King Cake as well for $5.

Schedule of Events:
Packe pickup will begin at 7:30am
Kiddie Court is open from 7:30am to 11:00am
Race starts at 8:30am
Awards for best dressed will be given!
