Krotz Springs is having their annual "Fireworks on the River," the Independence Day celebration held at Nall Park. Everyone is invited so bring your friends and family. Prior to the fireworks, enjoy some music of J.C. Melancon Band. The entertainment will kick off at 6:30 pm. There will be two fun jumps for the kids to play. Cokes, hot dogs and watermelon will be served. Ice chests are permitted, but no bottles. A great fireworks display will complete the night with patriotic music around 9 pm. The Fire Department and its volunteers will supervise the firework display, as always.
