The Girl Scout Express Troop is open to all girls in K-5 and the first stop is January 25 at 9a.m.-12p.m. at South Lousiana Community College. In the Girl Scout Express Troop girls will discover the Cookie Program and the five essential skills that are learned through it: goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills, and business ethics. They will even have the chance to host their very own cookie booth. For the past century, with the help of caring adult volunteers, Girl Scouts builds girls of courage, confidence and character, who make the world a better place.
