Additional Information

Creativity can be very healing. As we create, whether that be with art, dance, music, prayer forms, woodworking, writing and journaling or gardening and cooking, we tap into those non-verbal knowing places in ourselves that do not always surface through speech. Creative exercises give us more information about ourselves and enhance our healing.

Starting February 1st on first and third Fridays and ending May 3rd. Catherine Wallace, LCSW and Jessica Johnson, LPC of the Center for Loss and Transition will offer creativity and sharing to help grievers heal.

Pre-registration is required for all seven sessions as materials will be prepared, and space is limited. Please call 337-232-1234 to register.
