Faithful Friend

The tragedy in Japan has the entire world holding its collective breath. The terrible earthquake, the tsunami, the  uncertainty of the nuclear issues, we all are praying mightly for the people in Japan and those working so hard to get things back to normal. In every tragedy there are always stories of amazing heroism, in this case,a story of friendship, loyalty and devotion. You might want a tissue, this is VERY touchingI am guessing most of you don't speak Japanese, so let me paraphrase the story for you. The spotted dog barked and led the camera crew to the side of his injured friend, refusing to leave his buddy behind. Both dogs have been picked up and have been given treatment and at last report both were doing well. If only we humans could place the same value on the life of those around us (see any of the footage from Katrina) what a wonderful world it would be.
