Fashion Predictions From 1930 [Video]

The forward thinking movie makers of the 1930's turned their attention to what life would be like in the year 2000 in this video. As you can see the fashion designers of yesteryear were not exactly on the mark with their predictions for what would be stealing runway the spotlight.

I can't believe they missed the sagging pants with exposed boxers, the nose rings and the always-ready-for-Wal-Mart-shopping, Forever Lazy. I suppose predicting the future is never going to be an exact science. I find it's much easier to just reinvent the past to make it look like my predictions were right.
