Foot Locker’s Amazing Customer Service [Video]

The folks at Foot Locker are serious about customer service. They want to make sure their customers get what they want and what they need and get on their way in record time. Okay this isn't how every Foot Locker store operates but it makes for a really cool video.

The last time I went to the Foot Locker in the mall here in town they didn't do any of this stuff. They just stood around and eventually asked me if I needed some help. They were certainly courtesy enough but enthusiastic, not so much. Maybe I just caught them on an off day. I am going to go in to Foot Locker today and see if they do this for me. I'd love to see it unfold live.
