Former ‘America’s Next Top Model’ Contestant One of Three Victims in Triple Homicide

Former "America's Next Top Model" contestant Mirjana Puhar was one of the victims in a triple homicide on Tuesday in Charlotte, North Carolina. She was only 19 years old.

The other two victims were her boyfriend Jonathan Alvarado and another male friend. The murders happened at an apartment the three were sharing.

The bodies were discovered after by a friend who came to the apartment after hear gunshots.

Police have arrested 19-year-old Emmanuel Jesus Rangel and charged him with three counts of first degree murder.

Authorities believe he knew the victims and that the murders were drug related. There was money scattered around the apartment.

Mirjana competed on the 21st season of "America's Next Top Model" last year. She was eliminated on the 10th episode.
