Fourth of July Events in Lafayette – Our Top Five
It's that time of year again to bring out the red, white, and blue. It's the “Fourth of July”! Here in Louisiana we are always looking for something to celebrate and what better celebration than America's independence? Every year you can count on a good time with great people. From the hot dogs to the fireworks there is always something to keep you entertained and this year, with our list of events, it is no different.
On June 30-July 4, 2011 at Edwards St. in Erath there will be a celebration like no other. A parade, water fights, carnival rides, live music, pageants, food and a large fireworks display on July 4th will be just what you need to celebrate America's independence. Every 3rd of July Sugarmill Pond puts on a great Independence Day Celebration and this year is no different. On Sunday, July 3rd, head out to Sugarmill Pond for your Fourth of July celebration.
