Funniest Election Tweets

Election 2012 was really the very first Presidential Election where full blown social media was the norm, and not the exception. It was awesome to follow everything on Facebook and Twitter, and see how excited everyone was about electing our new/old President. Totally 2012! FYI -it was the most tweeted event in U.S. political history, last night’s presidential election racked up more than 20 million tweets. Wowser! Our friends at Deep South Magazine have compiled a list of the Best Tweets from the South, and some of them are absolutely hilarious! My favorite is from someone named @Mr_Lincoln, who tweeted "Now that the election is over, I can focus on what truly matters - Honey Boo Boo and the Kardashian sisters" Priceless. Only in America!
