Georgia Court Rules It’s Legal To Secretly Photograph Up Women’s Skirts

Due to what lawmakers say is a technicality in how the law is worded, it is now legal to snap a photo up a woman’s skirt, as long as it’s done in public. Um, yeah.

It is however not legal to take the same type of picture in a bathroom stall or private residence.

Lawmakers say in order for it be fixed, a change in how the law is worded needs to happen. Unfortunately, the law will stay this way for the next six months.

I honestly thought this was a fake news story when I first saw it.
