You ever try to cancel some service or subscription only to spend 15 minutes on the phone getting the lowdown of why you should stay with said service or subscription?

Yep, you know exactly what I'm talking about! And so does a guy named Ryan Block.

Ryan was trying to cancel his cable service with Comcast recently so he called up customer service. He and his wife decided they would switch their cable and internet service to another provider and simply wanted to cancel their current service.

Simple, right? Well, not for poor Ryan. The customer service rep had no intention of letting the couple cancel without a fight!

You will not believe the audio you are about to hear. It will fire you up more than the opening kick-off at a Saints game!

(By the way, this audio is a few minutes into the call. Ryan was so amazed at what he was hearing that he decided to record with his other phone.)

And it continues. Towards the end here he finally gets the rep to cancel his service.
