In the wake of last week's horrible schooling in Connecticut, there are hundreds of opinions and ideas going around about school security and gun control. In Harrold, Tx, students and parents seem to not worry about much about safety, because some of the teachers are armed.

Harrold is 30 minutes away from the local Sheriff's office, so the school board voted to let some of the teachers carry concealed weapons to protect the students if a situation arises.

From yahoo.com - "We don't have money for a security guard, but this is a better solution," Superintendent David Thweatt said. "A shooter could take out a guard or officer with a visible, holstered weapon, but our teachers have master's degrees, are older and have had extensive training. And their guns are hidden. We can protect our children."

So, what do YOU think? Should we allow our teachers to carry concealed weapons on campus?
