Family members are asking for your help in locating Freda Stear Garrison, a 57-year-old New Iberia woman who has been missing since yesterday (3/12/13) after she didn't show up for a 1:30 pm appointment in Lafayette.

Freda left her home in New Iberia a little after 1pm on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 but never made it to her appointment in Lafayette scheduled for 1:30 pm. UPDATE: From KATC: Family members and Iberia Parish deputies confirm Freda Garrison has been found- she is alive and well. She was found near the corner of Ambassador Caffery and W. Congress in Lafayette. It's still unclear why she was out of touch with her family, but her loved ones want to thank the public for the support.
