Herpes Infected Fast Food Worker Arrested For Spitting Into Cop’s Burger

This is disgusting. I hate to even mention the name of the fast food restaurant where this lower than low life no longer works because it is unfair to their reputation.  This company did the right thing they should be applauded and not ridiculed.

An employee of a fast food restaurant in Baton Rouge is under arrest after he was seen on security camera footage allegedly spitting on a Baton Rouge police officer's food.

According to a story from the Louisiana  Radio Network a Lieutenant with the Baton Rouge P.D. noticed a clear substance on top of the bun of his burger. The officer believed the substance to be saliva.  He brought this discovery to the attention of the manager of the restaurant.

Corporal Don Copolla with Baton Rouge P.D. explained,

It was observed that the employee who was making the burger, had pulled the bun from the rack and then went out of the camera's view before he came back and wrapped up the burger.

Elijah Johnson was arrested and charged with mingling harmful substances and resisting an officer. It was later disclosed that Johnson had several diseases including herpes. His bail was set at $4,000 dollars. The substance that was found on the burger is being tested to see if the DNA matches Johnson's
