Tis the season to be jolly, merry, and satisfied with good eats! I think we can all agree that the best holiday parties we have been to, are the ones where the host or hostess took the time to cook yummy dishes for their guests.  I recently had a little dirty Santa Christmas party for the girls, and my hot crab dip was a hit.

People will definitely talk about your party if you give your guests something delicious to eat while they converse and sip cocktails with friends. Not only is this dish simple to make, it can be prepared hours prior to the party. Give it a try!

You will need:

1 lb. lump crab meat (Yes, this part is expensive, but so worth it.)
1/2 cup grated pepper jack cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 minced garlic cloves
3 green onions (white and light green parts) thinly sliced
3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp hot sauce (or more, if you like it spicy)
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dry mustard powder
Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients together and evenly pour into a casserole dish. Pop into oven and bake for 30-40 minutes, the top will turn golden brown. Serve hot with crackers and enjoy!
