Huge Longshot Wins At EVD

You know my love of horse racing based upon my many great picks in the this years triple crown. If you'd had followed  my guidance on the big three thoroughbred races this year you would be reading this from the South of France. But you know you didn't believe me when I told you not only who to bet but how to bet it.

What makes horse racing so exciting for me is sometimes even the most unexpected of the unexpected happens such was the case last night at Evangeline Downs. In the 11th race firing out the #7 post position was King Charger. The betting public didn't thing too much of King's chances in the 6 furlong maiden claiming race. They sent him off at odds of almost 90-1!

There was no way King Charger would finish first. He did and if you put two dollars on his long shot nose you would have been rewarded with a pay out of $177! He paid $56.80 for the show and $26.20 for the place. Just to put that in perspective he paid more to come in third place than any other winner paid all night long.  If you happen to bet and hit the Superfecta in race 11 you would have pocketed over 166-thousand dollars!
