HumBonus Or Humbug

'Tis the season so they say, the season of office parties and Christmas bonuses. What no bonus where you work? Well you're not alone, a lot of companies have had to cut back. One company bucks that tradition of giving "bucks" as a bonus.

IKEA markets itself as a life improvement store, and the company intends this gift to help employees improve their lives.

So is it the thought that  counts? Or is this a boatload of Bah Humbug?
