Hunter Hayes VIP Soundcheck Party Contest   11/20/2013

Official Rules:

The Prize: A Pair of VIP Soundcheck Party Passes to Hunter Hayes VIP Soundcheck Party on November 20,2013 at Lafayette’s Heymann Performing Arts Center.  The VIP Soundcheck Party does NOT include tickets to the Hunter Hayes Concert November 20,2013 or November 21, 2013.

Entry into the Contest: Entry to the contest can only be made through 97.3 The Dawg’s website or a direct link to 97.3 The Dawg’s website and loyalty platform. The contest is open to all 97.3 The Dawg VIP Loyalty Members.  There is no charge or purchase necessary to enter the contest.   All information shared with the 97.3 The Dawg VIP Loyalty program will remain private. By entering the contest all entrants agree to abide by the rules of the  contest and respect the decisions made in the administration of those rules.

Restrictions: Anyone age 12 and over is eligible to enter the contest. Entries are limited to one per 97.3 The Dawg loyalty memberships. Duplicate entries or memberships will be voided.  Persons wishing to enter the contest may do so on November 20,2013 between the hours of 4:30 am and 6:30 am Central Time by entering the “Crazy Code Word” that will be provided on air at KATC TV 3 and on air at KMDL-FM.  Four prize winners will be selected at random from all official entries with the winners being announced on KATC TV 3 and KMDL-FM before 7am November 20, 2013.

Odds of Winning: There will be four  winners drawn at random from all official entries. Odd s of winning will be determined by the total number of official entries at the time of the random drawing.

To Claim A Prize: All winners will be notified via e-mail used to enter the contest as to how to claim their prize winnings. Because this is a one of a kind event there can be no substitutions or transfers of this prize. All winners are subject to certification of identity. For security reasons a background check may be required before any persons are allowed into the VIP Soundcheck party.

Cash Value/Hold Harmless- KMDL-FM its parent company and KATC TV 3 and its parent company are not responsible for any injuries or death that may occur by entering or attempting to enter this contest or participating in the VIP Soundcheck party. Entry is made at your own risk and by entering or attempting to enter the contest you agree to hold KMDL-FM, its parent company Townsquare Media, KATC TV 3 and its parent company Cordillera Communications harmless. Ownership of this prize is maintained by Hunter Hayes Promotions Company and therefore there is no cash value assigned to this prize.

Unless otherwise specified all other KMDL general contest rules apply. All decisions made in regards to this contest are under the authority of KMDL-FM and those decisions are final.
