In the world of advertising one iconic commercial has gone beyond the simple idea of selling mustard. "Pardon me, but do you have any Grey Poupon" was a phrase that was sticking to the lips of Americans in 1981.

The original commercial showed to classy Rolls Royce cars stopped at an intersection. One of the stylish gents asks the other for some mustard. The rest was history until Sunday night that is.

If you watched the Oscars you may have seen the updated version of the commercial. If you didn't, there was obviously a lot more that happened after the first guy borrowed the mustard.
