It's the age old question-should I get boudin, cracklins, or both? At my house, it's always BOTH. I can't imagine having one without the other, frankly. When I make up my mind to purchase the tasty morsels, I always go all out-literally!

Our friends at Huffington Post even have a whole article dedicated to the subject, because, of course, South Louisiana is famous for its boudin and cracklins! Too bad they're not down here in Cajun Country where we can choose between the two EVERY DAY! Yay Louisiana!!
