Hurricane Isaac had its humble beginnings in the tropical waters of the Atlantic. It moved in a very disorganized fashion in the Caribbean Sea where it brought torrential rains to the island nation of Haiti. The storm then slid along the northern coast of Cuba and over the Florida Keys. Isaac then set its sights on a visit to southeast Louisiana.

That is how we got to where we are today with hurricane Isaac making a second landfall near Port Fourchon early this morning. This video captures the birth and growth and path of the storm.
