Insane Inflatable 5k- It’s A Party + A Festival + A 5k [Video]

One of the best things we do in Acadiana is help our neighbors. Our usual method of helping our a friend in need is to "pass a good time". You've probably heard us talk a lot about the Insane Inflatable 5k that is scheduled for Evangeline Downs November 2nd.

If you're like most people you've heard the words "5K" and thought, "Oh no, I am not a runner". Well you don't have to be a runner, an athlete, or particularly motion oriented to enjoy this event.

The Insane Inflatable 5k is about two things: fun and helping out a great organization. A portion of the proceeds from this year's event will go to Healing House - Hope for Grieving Children. Healing House is a place for kids who've lost a parent or sibling to find refuge, comfort, and guidance from a very painful situation. The work that Healing House does with young people is amazing, they really make a difference.
