Is Getting Too Much Sleep Worse Than Getting Too Little?

Who would ever have thought that getting too much sleep could be a bad thing? That’s exactly what a new study has revealed — too much sleep is worse than not enough sleep.

The researchers found that people who slept more than nine hours a night had a higher risk of heart disease, diabetes and anxiety.

Who knew?

People who slept less than six hours a night higher risks of those same things, but not as high as the people who slept more than nine hours.

The ideal amount of sleep is between seven and nine hours a night.
