The year is 1973, for some reason the people in Hollywood have decided to release a movie named "Hard Streets".  I don't think it was a box office smash but for me it's pure comedy gold. This may be the worst chase scene ever caught on film. I think you'd find more drama in a chase scene involving hoverrounds and rascals than this drivel.
