Jacee Badeaux Gets the Last Laugh

I guess the folks out on the crazy coast are learning a lesson that they won't soon forget. Never underestimate the power of a Louisiana Boy! Jacee Badeaux was the perfect example of why you should never count our Cajun Cousins out. Even though this American Idol audition was not his strongest Jacee stayed true to his God given talent and let the world see he is for real.

Luckily, crazy-haired Brett Loewenstern let Jacee join his group -- even though the youngster had never heard their song (the well-known "Mercy" by Duffy). But Jacee didn't exactly have a great audition, nervously changing the lyrics to reflect how he didn't want to "go home."
