Jailed sex offender Jose Hilario, while doing time in Oakdale, La, claims he sparked up a relationship with Taylor Swift via Skype and e-mail. He claims Swift promised to write songs about his life and help him with his legal problems. Hilario is now suing her due to the way she depicted him in her songs on "1989".

I know this seems like it's a joke, but is entirely, unfortunately real. Well, at least the law suit is real.

From philly.com -

Hilario was doing time at the federal prison in Oakdale, Louisiana, when he “discovered that [Swift’s] new album titled ‘1989’” is “about the life of the plaintiff,” the complaint says.

Swift should now help get him out of his “deep trouble” by financing his “legal causes,” he argues.

“I know for a fact that the defendant have a good heart and that she will come back to her senses and not forget her promise that she made to me.”

Hilario is suing Taylor Swift for $100,000,000 AND a personal introduction to Taylor’s friend Miley Cyrus.
