One of Jimmy Kimmel's favorite things to do apparently is to rip on the folks of southern California and their inability to deal with fluctuations in their delicate little ecosystem.

Lately, it's been "cold" in the Los Angeles area. Not south Louisiana cold, oh no, we're talking freezing cold. You know those get-all-up-in-your-bones type of chills?!

Yep, they're getting arctic air to the tune of high temps in the 50s!
