Jude’s Dog Can Howl Like Nothing You’ve Ever Heard [Video]

At the Walker household, life is never boring. We own a kid and a dog. And the dog is more work than the kid!

You may have heard me talk about my dog Kyreaux before (said like the city in Egypt...yeah, we Cajunized it). He is a Basenji, which I believe is French for "pain in the butt".

Actually, he's a pretty cool dog. He's very smart, loving and full of energy.

And he is quite unique. Actually, his whole breed is very unique. They don't bark.That's right, I have a bark-less dog.

That can be a really good thing. It helps negate some of his less than desirable qualities. But for this story, he's an amazing dog. ;)

Now, he isn't totally noiseless. He makes some cool sounds. One of those unique sounds is a thing called a "barroo". It's basically a howl they make when they're happy.

Yesterday, when I got home, he was happy to see his pal. I was able to capture his barroo on video and wanted to share with you the magic.
