The New Orleans Saints will play a few hours later on Christmas Eve than originally scheduled.

The NFL announced on Monday that the Saints' match-up against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Saturday, December 24, at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome has been moved back to a 3:25 pm start time.

The contest was originally scheduled to begin at noon.

The change in kickoff time marks the second time this season that the Saints have had a match-up against the Buccaneers flexed by the league.

Last Sunday, the Saints fell to the Buccaneers, 16-11, at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida, dropping them to 5-8 on the season.

The Buccaneers, who are 8-5 on the season, could have a lot on the line on the line in the game, as they're currently tied for first-place in the NFC South with the Atlanta Falcons.

The game will mark the final home appearance of the year for the Saints.
