If the Black Friday specials and savings don't put you in the holiday spirit this morning, then a nice surge of cooler weather will probably do the trick. Shoppers today are going to experience mild conditions with above average temperatures for most of the day. Late this afternoon a cold front is expected to march through Acadiana and lower our temperatures significantly for Friday night and Ragin Cajun football on Saturday.

Shoppers hitting the mall late this afternoon might walk inside with temperatures in the middle 70's but in just a few hours after the frontal passage you can expect temperatures to drop through the 60's with a stiff northerly breeze.  Tomorrow's expected high temperature of 63 will be almost 15 degrees cooler than today's high. That cooler weather will be accented by the breeze making it feel even cooler. Very little rain is forecast with this frontal passage but just so you know there is at least a possibility of a shower late today. You can check out Dave Baker's official outlook right here.
