Last Days of School in Acadiana

I visited Westside Elementary in Scott this week, and an administrator was smiling. I asked if she was happy that they were in the last days of the school year. She laughed and said the students are certainly having more difficulty focusing as summer gets closer.

While most students and parents know the exact date and time the 2015-16 school year ends, we all need to be aware of when youngsters will be playing outside so we can be more careful driving around town.
