The 11th Annual Le Feu et L'Eau (Fire and Water) Rural Art Celebration is December 5 from 11:00 am - 11:00 pm in Arnaudville, and is a wonderful festival for our local and regional artists and artisans. If you are looking for that special handmade gift for the holidays, this is the place for you!

Arnaudville has been designated a Louisiana Cultural District, so all original art is tax free, and artisans will be selling their wonderful works of art throughout the day at various locations, including the NUNU Arts and Culture Collective, at 1510 Bayou Courtableau Hwy. At 5:30 pm, the Poppa Joe Christmas Parade will travel through the downtown, and at 8:30 pm a fire dancer will lead a peace march honoring veterans to Bayou Warehouse where the traditional fire is set ablaze and floated down Bayou Fusilier. The fires on the bayou are spectacular, so don't miss out!

There is also live local music, delicious local cuisine, and a great opportunity to support our local art scene just in time for the holidays.
