Little Big Town – A 13 Year Overnight Success

I love Little Big Town. They are so so so nice, and I've been really rooting for them for a long time. You might remember that they played a show for 97.3 the Dawg a couple of years ago at the Mardi Gras Festival at Cajun Field. What I remember most about that show was that they got caught in Mardi Gras parade traffic and almost didn't make it to the stage!

Well, finally, Little Big Town is celebrating their very first #1 song,  CMA nominations for Best Vocal Group,  Single of the Year for "Pontoon" and Video of the Year, also for "Pontoon", AND they have a brand new cd "Tornado" coming out on Tuesday.

Quite a year for some of the nicest country music artists around!
