It is without question that losing a loved one is one of the hardest things in life to experience. We all have our own way of copping with this kind of tragedy.

For Stan Beaton, who lost his wife to cancer 14 years ago, it was listening to her voice. He kept a voicemail she left him so he could remember the sound of her voice.

According to APlus.com, the disappointment came when his telephone company deleted the voicemail. Beaton was heartbroken. However, when his telephone company caught wind of what happened, with the help of 10 engineers working around the clock, they recovered the voicemail. BBC News got to deliver the great news. When Beaton found out and listened to it, his reaction was priceless. (WARNING: Prepare the tissues)
