Man Tattoos His Dog While Sedated, Animal Cruelty Or Not? [Video]

A Brooklyn tattoo artist decided to make his dog cooler than other dogs on the planet and gave him a tattoo. Many consider this to be animal cruelty, but apparently the vet that let him didn’t.

His dog was undergoing major surgery, and he thought he would get his moneys worth and give the dog some ink while the dog was under. The vet his dog was at LET HIM DO IT while the dog was knocked out. Honest, I think that might be the bigger story here.I’m pretty sure there’s a ton of health code violations there, I don’t know…
