Martinis 2015 Benefit For Healing House Set For Saturday Night
The sound of the name of the drink brings an air of distinction to the room. It's the kind of cocktail that sounds sophisticated when you order it at a bar. It's been made famous by James Bond and now it's one of the most helpful cocktails you'll find in Acadiana this Saturday night.
It is the Martini and this Saturday Night at Double Tree by Hilton located on Pinhook at the Vermilion River in Lafayette. The Martini will be the featured beverage in the annual benefit fundraiser for Healing House -Hope for Grieving Children.
Martini's 2015 will feature eight of Lafayette's best Martinis, all brought up to full prescription strength by Absolut Vodka. This makes this night of hope and fun the ultimate Martini mixer. Some of the finest cocktail creators from Walk-Ons, Bonefish Grill, Cafe Vermilionville, Mellow Mushroom, Ruffino's on the River, Social, Charley G's and Zea will be offering their latest and most tasty creations. After sampling, only one will be crowned Lafayette's Absolut Best Martini.
The night will also feature one of South Louisiana's favorite party bands Krossfyre and there will be a silent auction. All of the proceeds from this event go to support Healing House. Healing House is a nonprofit organization that helps children deal with the loss of a parent or sibling.
