The USDA has issued a massive recall of more than 167,000 pounds of ground beef products after a positive test for E. Coli in a Nebraska distribution plant. No reports of illness have been reported or linked back to any of the products.

Each of the affected products were sold in 60 to 80 pound boxes with a "sell by" date of November 3, 2015.

Inspectors discovered the problem on Friday, October 30. Officials are concerned that beef with certain labels may be in consumers freezers by now. Anyone who may have bought these products should not eat them. Throw them out or return them to the place where you purchased them.
