Haggard was the headliner of this year's Ink N Iron Festival -- a four-day tattoo, music and car culture show taking place at Bicentennial Mall State Park. He kicked off the festival with a Thursday night concert on the park's amphitheater stage.

Festival organizers did not appear to address the dispute with media initially. All they did say is that single-day wristband holders for the Friday night festivities would then have "unlimited access" to the festival for the rest of the weekend.

According to some of our friends in Nashville, the downtown festival was not a hit amongst concert-goers as many complained of the heat, lack of parking and on top of that, the attendance was poor.
