Every parent can feel the pain of Billy Ray Cyrus in the words of this story. Sure Billy Ray and Miley have had great success, made a ton of money and achieved world wide fame but when you strip it all down it's about a father and a daughter. It is about right and wrong and what we all hope we have taught our children.
