Movies in the Parc Saturday in Downtown Lafayette Featuring ‘Despicable Me 2′

One of me and my families all-time favorite movie franchises is the flick you and your family can check out this Saturday night in downtown Lafayette.

'Despicable Me 2' will be the featured movie for this weekend's "Movies in the Parc" at Parc International (200 Garfield St). Gates open at 6pm with the movie starting at dusk.

Admission is only $3 for ages 6 and up, free for 5 and under.

You are invited to bring your blankets, wagons, lawn chairs, etc and enjoy the laid back atmosphere where kids don't actually have to be still and/or quiet during the movie.

There will be activities to keep the children busy before the movie starts. Food and drinks will be available to purchase.
