Naked Teen Tries To Carjack Women And Chase Schoolchildren In Rampage [Video]

19-year-old Daniel Anglin of San Bernardino, California was arrested yesterday morning on multiple charges including carjacking, first-degree residential burglary and being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Anglin is seen on this video in some sort of manic drug induced state, completely nude trying to get into peoples vehicles on a busy thruway. After this video ends, the police show up on the scene and try to subdue the man with his nightstick to no avail. Aschool bus full of kids on their way to school is also stopped by the naked man and he tried to board the bus!

Eventually, Anglin was tasered and taken into custody.
