New Orleans Voted #1 Travel Destination

For the second time this year, New Orleans has claimed the highest rating as a travel destination from a major tourism magazine when Travel + Leisure declared it the best American city to visit. That’s a pretty big honor for our Louisiana sister city! Some of the other cities that were named tops in the reader poll are Santa Fe, Nashville, New York, Minneapolis, San Diego, Savannah, Charleston, West Virginia, San Francisco and Chicago. But we all know Louisiana is the BEST – congrats to New Orleans, and just be glad they are just a short day trip away from us here in Acadiana!
