New Orleans Bowl Weather – Will You Need A Jacket?

I know, I know, I know, they will play the game inside however there is a lot of stuff going on outside the Superdome too. That means we will need to know what to expect from Mother Nature. Do we wear the long sleeve, the short sleeve, the sweatshirt or the tank top in the colors of the Ragin Cajuns.

Right now forecasters from the National Weather Service in New Orleans are predicting a very nice day for Friday and Saturday with a chance of showers creeping in on Sunday. For pregame fun Friday night expect temperatures to be cool with overnight low temperatures in the lower 40's.

For Saturday morning and the tailgate party at Rouses you might want your jacket. By the time the game is over temperatures should have rebounded into the low 60's. For the post game celebration in the French Quarter Saturday night, skies will become cloudy and it will not be quite as cool with temperatures in 50's.
