New Orleans Saints starting rookie safety Kenny Vaccaro suffered a concussion in last Sunday's win over the Dallas Cowboys, his second of the season. It may keep him out of his first game of the season, as Vaccaro sat out Thursday's practice, the second straight day he hasn't participated.

Tight end Benjamin Watson also suffered a concussion in the win, and like Vaccaro, has yet to practice this week. Both players are looking doubtful to play Sunday afternoon when the Saints host the San Francisco 49ers.

Starting defensive end Cam Jordan (ankle) and tight end Jimmy Graham (foot) practiced on a limited basis for the second straight day.

Starting safety Malcolm Jenkins, who has missed the last two games with a hamstring injury, has practiced fully all week. Barring any setbacks, he should start against the Niners. Likely joining him in the defensive backfield will be safety Roman Harper (knee), who has practiced fully this week, but has not played since week 2. Defensive tackle Tyrunn Walker (knee) has practiced all week, and will likely play Sunday as well.

New Orleans hosts San Francisco this Sunday at 3:25.
